If you are not 100% satisfied with the product(s), please contact our customer service at info@booze.com.my within 24 hours of receipt.

As much as we strived to make each claim possible, all requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with a mutual consent & agreement between all parties.

If the product is unopen
1. Call, message or email us to request for return/refund.
2. We will send our pick-up crew to collect the return order.
3. Upon receiving the returned product(s), we will initiate inspection on product(s)
4. If the product(s) can be returned, we will refund the price of the order within 3-5 working days.

If the product has been opened
1. No more than 20% of any drink/ beverage should be consumed, to be valid for a return.
2. Call, message or email us to request for return/ refund.
3. We will send our pick-up crew to collect the return order.
4. Upon receiving the returned product(s), we will initiate inspection on product(s)
5. If the product(s) can be returned, we will refund the price of the order within 3-5 working days.
